Slowly drizzle in 1-3 teaspoons of avocado oil, blending until smooth, adding more if needed for a creamy consistency. Mix in ¼ tsp salt and ½ tbsp powdered sweetener. Blend until fully combined. 12 low-carb corn tortillas (such as Alamadre)

Avocado oil (for brushing or spraying)
