Perfect Instant Pot Soft & Hard Boiled Eggs

4 to 6 large eggs
1 cup water
Instant Pot & the trivet/rack that comes with the Instant Pot
Directions:
Place the rack in the bottom of the Instant Pot. Add 1 cup of water in the pot. Gently place the eggs on the trivet/rack.
For soft boiled:
1. Seal your instant pot and set to steam (high pressure) on manual for 3 minutes. As soon as the eggs are cooked, immediately use the manual rapid release to depressurize. Remove the eggs and place in an ice bath or run under cold water for a minute or two.
2. When eggs are cool, gently crack eggs starting from the bottom and remove shells. Make sure to wait until eggs are completely cooled.
For hard boiled:
1. Seal your instant pot and set to steam (high pressure) on manual for 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes of cook time, leave the eggs in the Instant Pot for 5 additional minutes, allowing a natural release and then immediately use the quick release. (Totaling 10 minutes of cooke time)
