I for sure keep these ingredients on hand at all times for when the craving kicks in, or when I'm in the need for a quick dip for a party, game day, or just because.

Quick Chicken Wing Dip | Low Carb | Keto


1 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup ranch, or blue cheese, salad dressing

1/2 cup hot buffalo sauce

1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese

2 (10-ounce) cans Chicken Breast, drained (or 1 22-ounce can)

Celery sticks and other low carb dippers for serving

Chopped fresh parsley for garnish


1. Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, dressing, hot sauce and shredded cheese until well blended. Gently stir in chicken.

2. Spoon dip into a shallow 1-quart casserole. Top with a few sprinkles of fresh or dry parsley. Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with celery sticks (or other low carb dippers) for dipping.
