St. Patrick's Day Recipe Round Up | Low Carb and Keto Friendly

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with some fun festive low carb and keto friendly foods. I've rounded up some of my favorites to share with you. Included are Mini Reuben Cups, Coleslaw, Rainbow Ribbon Salad, Kale Pizza, Soft Pretzels, Guacamole & Chips, No-Bread Corned Beef Sandwiches, Corned Beef Hash, and Maple Walnut Scones.

Rainbow Ribbon Salad - with Lemon Vinaigrette - So festive, delicious, and super easy to make!

Transform the Traditional Corned Beef Sandwich - into a low carb and satisfying meal.

Soft Pretzels with Cheese - MMMM! Such a perfect accompaniment to an ice cold beer!

Kale, Ricotta & Pest Pizza - Try this pizza for a fun way switch things up on St. Patrick's Day.

Maple Walnut Scones - A prefect way to start out your St .Patrick's Day morning. Or have for an afternoon snack with an Irish Coffee.
