These eggs over medium with low carb avocado toast makes for a perfect Sunday morning breakfast. Adding a little sprinkle of Trader Joe's Everything Seasoning to your toast makes it that much better! This breakfast will only take 10 minutes make and it will keep you satisfied all morning.


I am in love with this Traders Joe's Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend. It can be used for some many things. Sprinkle on eggs or salad, use to make a dip, make and bake your own low carb "everything" bagels, etc.

Eggs Over Easy with Avocado Toast | Low Carb | Keto


Ingredients:


2 eggs

2 to 3 T fresh avocado, mashed

1 to 2 tsp butter

1 slice of Great Low Carb Bread Company Bread (plain sesame, everything, etc.)

1/4 to 1/3 tsp Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend


Directions:


1. In small nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add eggs to pan and fry to personal preference.

2. In small bowl, mash avocado; season and spread on toast. Sprinkle with Trader Joe's Everything Seasoning.


Makes 1 serving
